This folder contains 6 drawings, mainly on board or heavyweight paper, in pencil and/or watercolor. Some drawings are of unidentified individuals, others of groups of people--one is labeled "Virginia mountaineers" and another "Lisbon fisherman".

This folder contains watercolor and pencil renderings of set designs for "The Duchess Misbehaves", Ziegfeld Follies, and a costume rendering for the band leader in "Juke Box". There is also a mounted photostat of the set design rendering for "Juke Box", a larger version of the image on a scrapbook page found in STL box 17.

This folder contains 4 colorful posters advertising Kraft cheese (unclear if they are related to Tom Lee), plus a poster for "The Home" magazine's Christmas issue. Also included is a hand-drawn poster "Display Parade, no. 148... by Tupper" with a drawn portrait of Tom Lee and some biographical details, and a hand drawn type of pictorial logo or book plate by Tom Lee.

This folder contains 4 pencil drawings on vellum of hotel interiors, mostly unidentified; all are in very poor condition, with rips and folds throughout. Also present are 8 photostat prints of drawings, of variations on reception desk decoration (with handwritten notes by Tom Lee) and of interiors labeled "City Club" and "Rooftop Bar".

This folder contains watercolor or acrylic and pencil renderings of a set design for a proposed Broadway musical version of "Funny Face", a cover for "The Dance" magazine, a window display labeled "Bulletin Brand Curtain" and a store interior display labled "Platform and stock unit for new building, Fashion Group - 2nd floor". All renderings are undated.

This folder contains one pencil drawing on vellum (in poor condition) depicting a typical guest room. There are also 6 photostats showing views of the main lobby of the hotel, plus 2 copies of the proposed interior finishes schedule.

This folder contains 5 pencil drawings on vellum of a flexible hexagonal display wall system, built of plexiglass, for a Jazz Museum in an unidentified location.
