This folder contains various drawings and photostats, the majority depicting horses with and without riders; there is also one watercolor with pencil group portrait of a men's jockey club with an inscription in the corner "in the ladies' room". Also included are some individual portraits of people, a sketch of a display with posters, and a painting of a large Persian-looking hanging light fixture.

This folder contains one large photostat drawing for a "Patisserie", plus a drawing and a photostat of a "Bistro" (all presumed to be for Inn on the Park, London); a pencil drawing on vellum of the mirror layout for the Royal Sonesta Hotel, a pencil drawing on paper of the bar at City Center, a pencil drawing on vellum of a lounge at the Doral Beach, plus a photograph presumed to also be the Doral Beach (both in poor condition).
