This folder contains various drawings and photostats, the majority depicting horses with and without riders; there is also one watercolor with pencil group portrait of a men's jockey club with an inscription in the corner "in the ladies' room". Also included are some individual portraits of people, a sketch of a display with posters, and a painting of a large Persian-looking hanging light fixture.

This folder contains one large photostat drawing for a "Patisserie", plus a drawing and a photostat of a "Bistro" (all presumed to be for Inn on the Park, London); a pencil drawing on vellum of the mirror layout for the Royal Sonesta Hotel, a pencil drawing on paper of the bar at City Center, a pencil drawing on vellum of a lounge at the Doral Beach, plus a photograph presumed to also be the Doral Beach (both in poor condition).

This folder contains press and newsprint clippings about the renovation of the Coconut (also spelled Cocoanut) Grove Nightclub, mainly from newspapers but some articles from "interior Design", "Hotel Management" and "Western Hotel and Restaurant Reporter" magazines. There is some specification information for lighting, fabrics and furniture selected for the design.

This folder contains magazine clippings from various publications, including "Interior Design", "Interiors" and "Upholstering". Some clippings relate to specifications for fabric and furniture used in the interior design.

This folder contains mostly newsprint clippings, articles related to Tom Lee's design of a Plaza Hotel suite in "Venetian" style, his design for the India Pavilion in the U.S. Trade Fair, and reviews of Lever House displays. Publications include Interior Design, Interiors, Display World, Hotel Bulletin, Town and Country, and the New York Times. There is also a full article about what makes a good window display from American Exporter magazine, which quotes Lee extensively.

This folder contains press and newsprint clippings about the Design Center for Interiors, which Tom Lee designed. There is one article from "Interiors" magazine about the center, which includes plans, sketches and photographs of the model.
